These days, our olive trees are going through a crucial stage in their growth cycle: the “mignolatura”. This is the moment when the buds begin to develop into small floral clusters (known as “mignole”), which will soon bloom into flowers and, later, become fruit.
This phase marks the transition from winter dormancy to full vegetative awakening and offers the first real insight into the productive potential of the upcoming olive oil season. Current weather conditions — mild temperatures and good soil moisture — are contributing positively to the early fruit set.
As always, we are carefully monitoring each development to ensure the production of a high-quality extra virgin olive oil, a genuine expression of our land and our daily commitment.
